Background
As per the notifications and circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, every company who takes supplies of goods from Micro and Small enterprises and whose payments to them as on 22nd Jan, 2019 and as on 31st Mar, 2019 exceed 45 days, were required to file an Initial Return as well as a half yearly return by 30th May, 2019 respectively.
Going forward half yearly returns will have to be filed within 30 days of the end of each half year.
