MCA vide notification F.No.1/1/2018 CL-V dated 1st July, 2019 amends Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018 and provides for new format of Form No. BEN-2.
The new e-Form shall be available on MCA portal w.e.f 2nd July, 2019 and accordingly Form BEN-2 shall be filed within 30 days of its deployment on the portal as per Circular no. 07/2018.
