The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued in exercise of the Powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) or section 469 or the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2o13), the Central Government hereby makes the following rule further to amend the National Company Law Tribunal Rules,2016
