The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has come out with a scope of Secretarial Audit for reporting on compliance of other laws as may be applicable specifically to the company which shall include all the laws which are applicable to specific industry.
The institute with a view to facilitate the members to conduct the Secretarial Audit has compiled the list of the specific laws applicable to various sectors, from different sources. The List is indicative only and not exhaustive.
